We located a seasoned agricultural management professional working at a much larger organization with a highly relevant skill set, who was eager to apply the lessons learned there in the smaller, more entrepreneurial setting of our client. In addition, he practically had sorghum in his DNA, having grown up on a sorghum farm in Western Kansas, not far from where the new position would take him and his family. From the time the candidate joined the organization, he has overseen its significant success, driven by sustained organic growth.
