Olly’s unique perspective in Food & Ag comes from a career spanning everything from high-growth agritech start-ups to investor roles in East Africa. This gives him a proper, hands-on understanding of what makes leaders tick in this fast-paced industry – and how to find them.

He prides himself on finding the sort of leaders who can genuinely make a difference and push things forward for our clients. Based in the UK, Olly’s also got a keen eye on the future. His MSc in Agricultural Economics and recent certificate in Sustainable Food from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership highlight his commitment to forward-thinking leadership.
