This new role follows David’s successful completion of multiple coaching certifications: the Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification from ACT Leadership/Brown University School of Professional Studies and the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
David has been a key figure at Kincannon & Reed for over 14 years, holding leadership positions including Principal, President, and now Chairman of the Board. His extensive career includes leading PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Canadian agribusiness practice and holding various domestic and international roles at Cargill. David also serves on the Global Board of Directors for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), where he was recently appointed to serve as Secretary and Treasurer.
David’s coaching philosophy is rooted in three core principles: awareness, choice, and transformation. His approach empowers senior executives to unlock their potential through introspection and innovative thinking. Reflecting on his journey into formal coaching, David commented:
