Leading agricultural cooperative, ALCIVIA, recently appointed Leslie Osman as its new Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMCO).

In her new role, Osman will lead a high-performing team responsible for creating innovative marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention, and revenue growth. By leveraging market research and data analytics, she will identify key opportunities for increased efficiency and growth across the cooperative’s business units.
As a vital member of the senior leadership team, Osman will foster strong cross-functional relationships to encourage a collaborative culture. She will provide vision and oversight to create a scalable and increasingly professionalized marketing and communications department. Additionally, she will collaborate with business units and the sales team to create cohesive working relationships that achieve business objectives.

Osman’s extensive professional background includes previous roles such as Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience. Her expertise encompasses strategic marketing, market expansion, brand strategy, data analysis, and organizational leadership.
